Details * <p><strong><em>The Message to the Member of the Society...</em></strong></p> <p>Dear Members,</p> <p>          Our society is providing a <strong>SPECIAL LOAN (Cloth Advance) of Rs.25,000/-</strong> (Twnty five Thousand Rupees Only) for the Christmas and Sankranthi Festivals for this financial year. This special loan (Cloth Advance) will be recovered in 10 equal installments with 9.00% interest. The Special Loan (Cloth Advance) will be given only from <strong>10-12-2025 to 09-01-2026.</strong> On behalf of the Fevering Body, we request that the members who want special loan (Cloth Advance) should complete your application from and submit it through the governing body, Representative Committee or at the Society office.</p> <p>          Some members who had previously taken membership in the <strong>N.A.D Civil Employees Co-operative Society</strong> did not have their signatures, photos and complete details in the membership register, so it was not possible to verify the signatures to the member and the guarantors at the time of sanction the loan. In the coming days, the Governing Body has distributed <strong>Member Details Form </strong>to each member without facing any difficulties. As of today, about 780 members have completed this application form and submitted it to the society. All these application forms will be scanned and uploaded on the website. This makes it easier to know this signatures and details of the member and the surety at the time of sanctioning the loan to the member. Therefore every member should submit the <strong>Members Details Form</strong> to the society office without fail. Otherwise, at the time to sanctioning the loan, if the application form does not contain the <strong>Members Details Form</strong> of any members, such loan application form will be rejected. It was decided in the Governing Body meeting held on 29-10-2025 members may note.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Note :</strong> Like last year, this year also, <strong>500gms of sweet and Calendar</strong> will be distributed of the members of the society on the occasion of the <strong>New Year 2026</strong> on January 01st through the Governing Body and the Representative Committee. Sweets will be distributed only from <strong>01-01-2026 to 05-01-2026.</strong> We request the members to take not of this and on behalf of the Governing Body, we request all the members to utilize this opportunity.</p>
